Privacy Statement: Client Resource Center
Askesis Development Group is committed to maintaining the privacy of our clients. The following discloses the extent of the privacy protection for the PsychConsult Client Resource Center.

• E-mail Addresses
  Your organization is assigned just one account, though you may disperse that account's login information (user name and password) to more than one person in your organization. You choose a single e-mail address with which we associate your account. Your e-mail address is never displayed by our system to other clients accessing the Client Resource Center. It is only displayed in the MyAccount section, where it is only visible by users of your account.

• User Names
  Your organization's account includes login information (user name and password) assigned by Askesis. Your user name is displayed in the Client Resource Center to other clients accessing the Center. It is displayed, for instance, in any postings made from your account to the User Community.

• Information Collected
  The only information collected automatically by this site is a record of when your account was logged into. This record is created in order to make use of automatic log-off functionality that helps keep access to your account secure. (If the system detects no activity for twenty minutes, it will automatically log your account off.) Beyond this time stamp, this site does not collect any user information without your knowledge. Askesis may post explicit surveys requesting your knowing contribution to our information about you, but no functionality is used to collect information without your consent.

• Security
  This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. As stated above, this site also has an automatic log-off feature to protect your account from inappropriate user access.
